Our refund policy covers returns, refunds, and replacements for all 7OH North orders.
Return Window
Unopened products in original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund minus shipping costs. Contact support@7ohnorth.com to initiate a return.
Damaged or Defective Products
If a product arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, we will replace it or refund in full. Notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.
Lost Packages
If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will replace or refund in full. Domestic Canadian shipments are considered lost if not delivered within 14 days of the carrier's estimated delivery date.

- Opened or used products
- Custom-formulated bundles or private-label orders
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items marked final sale
Refund Timing
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned product. Interac refunds appear faster (1-3 business days); credit card refunds can take up to 10 business days depending on your bank.
